
Twinamasiiko Bright is the Head of Finance at Kick Corruption Out of Uganda (KICK-U), bringing over a decade of experience in banking, audit, management, finance, and accounting. With a specialized background in Islamic banking, Bright is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of today's economy.
A graduate of Makerere University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Bright is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) at Kabale University and is advancing through the CPA program. He also holds a Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP) certification and a Diploma in Public Administration.
Bright's organizational skills, attention to detail, and ethical standards are complemented by his proficiency in financial management software like QuickBooks and Tally. His career spans roles in banks, SACCOs, audit firms, private firms, and NGOs, where he has built strong partnerships with local government and international development organizations such as DGF, GIZ, USAID, and NDI.
In his role at KICK-U, Bright oversees financial transactions, conducts due diligence, and manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. He is committed to developing and implementing financial policies that ensure compliance and integrity.
